Wow.. time flies. 1st sem is ending soon leh! ytd during fcs chef paul acutally said that there's no more cooking until next yr. I was shocked lah! Then what are we gonna do for the next half of the yr in sch? Wa... suddenly feel so sian but then quite happy at the same time cos i no longer have to wake up early, change into that dreaded uniform and stand for 5 hours straight just for that practical. But other than that, i enjoyed fcs. Cos its cooking ma! Hehe. Maybe im still gonna continue to cook until my next cooking lesson starts. Dun wanna let what i've learnt go to waste.

Next week is practical test! Have to cook that stir fried noodles or furong egg. Chef gonna test one only. Im praying hard that i get the stir fried noodle. I suck at frying eggs. Lol. Even though the noodles take a longer time to prepare and cook than the egg, i still prefer to cook it than the egg. Flipping that big piece of egg is not easy ok? And if the wok too hot later become ZHA DAN. Haha.

Study for sem test
-obc[9 topics] by 25 Aug
-maths[7 topics] by 26 Aug
-bmic[5 topics] by 21 Aug
-fnc[i dunno how many topics] by 18 Aug

Cook the 2 dishes at least 4 times before practical test by 14 Aug

OMG! Now that i have listed what to do, i suddenly feel so stressed. ZZZ
