mon and tues, it was so tiring.
did catering in sch.
it starts at 8.30 but we have to be there early to change into our chef uniform.
very long nvr wear chef u le!
wear the chef hat then my head so itchy.
lol

i cant imagine when sch starts,
everyone would be wearing chef u from 8 to 7.
killer man.
my head would itchy like mad.
and my legs will break.

mon,
we girls wrapped the siew mai.
chef paul says the siew mai must be tall, slim and have a waist line.
haha
but steam le the siew mai also look normal,
not really tall or slim or neither it has a waistline.
but the taste is great though.
=)

tues was the actual event.
catered for the tea break and lunch.
tea break got shredded radish carrot cake and the siew mai!

lunch was even better.
braised chicken
roasted herbal duck
chinese spinach with bai ling mushroom (i think)
fried rice
sauces : tomato with diced seafood and corn with chicken
chicken ginseng soup
papaya with white fungus for dessert!
there is also this very nice herbal tea!
i cant rmb whats inside but there's chrysanthemum

looking at the food just makes my mouth water and crave for it
even now my mouth is still watering.
lol

sad that i didnt take any pics of the food.
cant really use hp during the event.
and after the event we got to eat the food but we were all too hungry to start taking pics.
i ate 2 portions of everything!
